CONTRACT Advertisements contained in this Web site are not
to be treated as an offer to contract. This contract is subject
to all conditions set forth herein; and together with the Confirmation
Invoice represents the entire agreement of the parties. No firm
booking/contract will have been made until payment is received
and processed.PROPERTY INFORMATION - Villa La Fagianaia has
taken care to insure the accuracy of all information contained
in its brochures. PAYMENT The Client acknowledges being a member
of the travelling party and shall pay a non-refundable deposit
of 30% of the total price for the rental property prior to issuance
of the Confirmation Invoice. The balance of the contract price
is due a minimum of 60 days prior to the rental date. If a booking
is made within 60 days of the rental date, the entire contract
price is due at the time of booking. If a deposit, the full contract
price, or any portion thereof is not paid within the above times, Villa
La Fagianaia shall treat the Contract as terminated and
as a cancellation charge retain all deposits paid by the Client
and/or be entitled to additional cancellation charges as in
paragraph 7. If payment is by credit card only the Client’s credit
card can be used for all payments. Final payments are confirmed
by the Client’s own bank or credit card statement, subject
to receipt by Villa La Fagianaia TRAVEL INSURANCE Villa
La Fagianaia strongly recommends clients to purchase travel
insurance (es. http://www.worldnomads.com) CANCELLATION FEES All
cancellations are subject to penalties. The amount charged
is based on the date Villa La Fagianaia receives written
notice from the Client requesting a cancellation/termination
of the Contract. The following cancellation charges are immediately
due and payable by the Client:60 or more days prior to
the rental date specified in the Confirmation Invoice; the amount
of the non-refundable deposit.Between
59 and 31 days prior to such rental date; a charge of 50% of
the full contract price.Between 30 and 15 days
prior to such rental date; a charge of 80% of the full contract
price.Less than 14 days before such rental date;
100% of the full contract price. Changes requested
by the Client to either the date of the rental or the rental
property may result in a complete cancellation as specified above. .TERMS & CONDITIONS Non
refundable deposit payable upon booking – 30% of total
cost.Payment of accommodation in full 30 days prior to arrival.All
